１ステップはテーマ毎に全6セッションで構成されています。１回のセッションは約９～１０時間程度の内容です。
reading → writing→ listening → speaking →communication という流れでじっくり学び、それぞれ自己学習から、掲示板やウェブ会議システムを使ったcollaborative learning（共同学習）につなげます。
段階を踏んで実際のビジネスシーンで必要な実践的なスキルを身につけます。
